(is like with concert cards) PLEASE do it like Caseking - when buying brand new CPU's & GPU's a captcha code, so that these crooks with BOTS no longer have a chance. That would be FAIR for all ! The availability was not limited, but there had been none at all at the launch 
except a few pieces of the 5600x 
the remaining 5800x, 5900x , 5950 Digitec had none at all
