Question about Alpenföhn Wing Boost 3

Hello Digitec, Under order status it said that the item will be there at the beginning of the week. Now I see the following message when I click on the collective order : Delivery statusThe item was unfortunately not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here. Why did it say the item was on its way until now? Why is the change made in my account without sending an email notification? This is not possible at all. What is the message from the supplier? Why was the communication so late?
