Hello Digitec team, question: My wife has a Husqvarna Viking E 20 sewing machine and now a spare part is broken. Is it possible for Digitec to supply me with this spare part? I could also send you a picture of the spare part. By e-mail with a photo? Kind regards Björn Reinhard

Unfortunately, we do not offer spare parts from this manufacturer. If the sewing machine was purchased through us, you may be able to benefit from your warranty. Otherwise, I would recommend reporting your issue directly to the manufacturer.
