Question about Alpine Ezi-Dab-Bt
Hello Dear Digitecler Quick question: Yesterday I installed the whole thing quite professionally in my car. I know self-praise stinks :-) Now I have to extend the microphone cable, as I have mounted the DAB+ receiving antenna on the rear window (design-wise better for veteran vehicles). Is the microphone connector 2.5 mm thick or even smaller? It is certainly not 3.5 mm... Many thanks and happy holidays, despite Corona :-)

Hello. I meant it's 2.5mm. Can't you measure the plug of the microphone with a ruler?🤔😅
Watch out though. The plug collar must be quite thin (definitely not thicker than the original) so that it can be plugged into the antenna at all. PS. In my case, the plug was not all the way in because they jam. Then the microphone doesn't work. It took me a moment to find the error...

Unfortunately, there are no specific extension cables.
As an Alpine Service Centre, we can extend your original microphone cables to the desired length.
