The following question: The new Ryzen 3000 are coming soon. At the moment the RAM prices have become a bit cheaper and therefore I would like to buy new RAM sticks already now. Is it already known which speed is supported? Will a 3200 do it for sure?

The following question: The new Ryzen 3000 are coming soon. At the moment the RAM prices have become a bit cheaper and therefore I would like to buy new RAM sticks already now. Is it already known which speed is supported? Will a 3200 do it for sure?

Accepted Answer

Probably already. After all, the new processors are also supposed to run on the current AM4 mainboards. But it's best to wait for Computex.

PS: In principle, RAM prices should continue to fall.
