Xgimi is currently working on the BD (Business Development) process for Netflix, according to the support site.
At the moment, you can download the XTV Manager APK from the Google Play Store and use Netlfix on the MoGo Pro+.
1) Search for "XTV Manager" in Google Play.
2) Open the XTV Manager and select "Apps", then you will find Netflix.
