Hello Communitiy For your information: I had my number ported from Sunrise to Digitec Connect. Digitec itself checked from when a free cancellation with Sunrise was possible. In my case 31.07. Although I was on holiday and neither the old Sunrise nor the new Digitec sim card was inserted in the phone, everything worked perfectly. On 8.8, I inserted the digitec sim card at home and immediately had reception. My question to the community: The trial subscription runs until the end of August (25.- per month). I have redeemed the code for the 240.-, which I bought in advance. I see in the Digitec Cockpit that I have unlimited data (code worked). No, you don't have to cancel anything. Your flat rate will now run for 12 months, after which you will pay Fr. 25 per month again.
