Hello, - Can you confirm that the keyboard is a Swiss/French QWERTZ? - Is it the Professional version of Windows 10? Can I install it in English? Thank you for your help.

Yes, it's QWERTZ in Swiss layout, as usual.
It's Windows 10 Home. You can choose during installation or change/download the language after installation at any time.
