Hello, Are the humidification and purification functions independent? I mean can humidification be switched off while purification is still active? Thank you. Regards, SMHH

There is no purification function only humidification with 2 types of vapor (hot/cold) so you can't switch off humidification, but you can switch off ionization and UV witch prewents bacteria in water.
