I use the pen with the Yoga 13 and most of the time it works fine, but if I don't use the pen for a day or two it loses connection or is switched off. I can't find anything online and there is nothing in the manual either. Does anyone know the problem and can you help me?

I use the pen with the Yoga 13 and most of the time it works fine, but if I don't use the pen for a day or two it loses connection or is switched off. I can't find anything online and there is nothing in the manual either. Does anyone know the problem and can you help me?

Answer

I use the pen with the TAB11, which is attached to the back of the TAB11 thanks to the holder and is therefore always connected via Bluetooth. If this is not the case, the Bluetooth has to be renewed from time to time. Reconnection is not always automatic and successful.
