Question about JBL Bar 5.1 Surround

Hello all I have been in possession of the JBL Bar 5.1 Surround for over a week now. The sound is great. However, I have a big problem when using it with the PS4 Pro. The sound is suddenly just gone, the soundbar then briefly displays Dolby Audio, the sound is then right back. I connected it exactly according to the manual (soundbar via HDMI ARC to the TV and PS4 Pro via HDMI IN to the soundbar). I've been trying to solve the problem for a week now. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone help me or is the product just broken? Many thanks in advance

I had the same problem with the TV receiver, let me guess your soundbar is also mounted on the wall... The problem was that the rear-facing sockets (in this case HDMI) are good for standing on, but when wall-mounted the cables are bent too tightly. You need a 90° plug adapter pointing downwards digitec No. 747022 (and a new HDMI cable) and then you no longer have dropouts. It has been running reliably for months now.

I've been meaning to write that in the review of the soundbar for a while. Otherwise it's top-notch.
