Question about Vmax R93 Carvee Bee Pro

Hello all, I got my VMAX R93 Carvee Bee Pro this week. Basically, I am satisfied with the scooter. The only thing I'm wondering is this: can it be that the battery is already empty after approx. 30 minutes? After receiving the battery, I first charged it for 8 hours (even longer) according to the operating instructions and rode it to the station the next day with a short uphill section. In the evening I returned the same way. It's about 1.5 km each way from me to the station. After that, the battery indicator was still at about 50%. Today I did a test drive and after about 15 minutes the battery was empty. Is this possible or is there something wrong with the battery? Greetings and best thanks
