That's also the case with me. I am actually disappointed that it happened so quickly. I haven't found anything so far except importing. I still have to adjust my rating. Not OK for the price.

This is also the case for me. After a short time (I've had the ML for a long time). I ended up here looking for springs. Were you able to find out where to get them?
In any case, I drilled a hole in the lid and attached a small handle so that you can open it without the spring if necessary :-(
