Question about Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite

Hello all. I bought this watch for my girlfriend about 1 year ago. Now the strap on one side comes off all by itself as soon as there is even a slight touch. Has anyone else had this problem? Can this be solved with an accessory, or is this a warranty case? Thank you and have a nice day
