Question about ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E GAMING
Hello all. I am in the process of configuring a new PC. Since the graphics cards are not available at the moment, I will probably use my current graphics card "Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070". Can anyone here tell me whether this graphics card fits on this mainboard here, or how I can basically find out the compatibility of graphics cards with mainboards? Thank you & greetings
You can basically assume that your GTX 1070 will run on any newer motherboard. The PCIe slots are downward compatible. This board here has PCIe 4.0 slots. However, you can also use cards that are only capable of 3.0, such as your GTX 1070.
