Have the ASUS Rog Hero Crosshair VIII Wifi MoBo and tried plugging the RAM into different slots, however I can't get a boot to run. The RAM RGB's don't work either.... Is it possible that they are defective? Or does anyone know how I can test this?

Hello I have also purchased the same RAM 2 times through Digitec a couple of DDR4 3600 and DDR4 4000 and work without problems.

Have you tried using only one RAM? It would be very unlucky if all four slots and both RAMs were defective. What exactly happens when you switch on? Does everything stay dark? Do the fans spin? Does everything switch on briefly and then switch off again? What happens when you switch on without RAM?
