Question about Satechi St-Ucnsem
Has anyone tested this with Mac Mini M4 ? It works fine on my iMac M1, but copying to the drive from the Mac Mini M4 Pro is insanely slow, sometimes stalling for minutes. Thank you very much

Use it on the Mac Mini M4 (not pro) without a problem. Very fast transfer. Maybe a problem with the SSD?
I had something similar with my ST-UCNSEM on the MacminiM4. In the end, it turned out to be a cable problem (loose contact) - everything was OK with a different cable. Funnily enough, the "defective" cable was found to be "OK" in other places. Temporary remedy for me: plug in the cable, don't move it in any way, wait for the time to check the file system, it works. Until someone wiggles the table...
Use it under W11, runs well.
There may be a problem with the driver under Mac Mini M4 or the data format of the SSD may be blocked unfavourably.
