Hello, I have made an upgrade. I first had the Reolink Argus and now the 2nd generation. I have two of them. I cannot access one camera via the network. I have rebooted and reset, but no success. What else can I do? Thank you

You cannot find the Argus2 via the IP address but only via the UID in the network (so that it is displayed on the PC):

Have you completely deleted the faulty camera (including the app on the mobile phone?) and then integrated it again via PC? Unfortunately I only have one and can't help otherwise...
