The German translation of your question reads rather strangely. I don't know what a magnetic brake is, but I can say this: The brakes are the only thing on this e-scooter that is really bad. I just have problems with them. =(

No. The scooter has disc brakes - front and rear. There is no recuperation.
Forget the german language. It is so complicated. There are no magnetic brakes. It has disk brakes which are quite good. Only problem with this e scooter is that its battery is very poor. It don’t last more then 7 km (at 0-5 degree centigrade).
