Question about LudaFarm Stable camera Farm Cam HD

Good day I have ordered and received a Farmcam HD. However, it does not work, when the PC mouse is connected to the receiver, it is not supplied with power and nothing is displayed on the TV connected via the HDMI cable. I can't even find the camera in the network. Can you tell me if the camera and receiver can be reset in any way? Thank you for your answer. Kind regards
