Greetings all - has the "problem" with the control button manifested itself or are these isolated cases? I would actually like to order the product. Can I do this confidently?

I had also ordered the hoover. It's a great device. But after about a week, the button no longer worked. I then sent it back to Galaxus.

I was then sent a replacement. The second device has now been working for a few weeks without any problems.
