Question about Case-Mate AirTag Dog Collar Mount

Great description with zero information about anything. Does it work like an Apple AirTag and I can watch via the web or do I have to be nearby? at what distance? Which devices are compatible? How did Digitec come up with the idea of selling products without a description?
