Good product. But rechargeable batteries last longer, depending. And in the Transa the product costs 29.90. Online doesn't always seem to be cheaper....

Helpful answer

Sure, the battery has 2x 2000mAh; my rechargeable batteries have 2850mAh, which is quite a difference.
The advantage of the rechargeable battery is that you can recharge it without taking it out of the device, so you don't need a charger.

You could also take the old batteries out of the battery pack holder, replace them with rechargeable ones as desired and lo and behold the problem with recharging in the device is solved just simply :) that's how I solved it.

No longer have the Garmin device, so no feedback.

Well, the choice is wide - in every respect. Good advice is expensive. I chose the product supplement for convenience, but I know people who always use rechargeable ones. Either way, I realise that a hike lasting several days is only possible with a respectable electric pack.
