Question about Apple MacBook Pro - Late 2023

Good morning, in the absence of service contact - I can't find a mail or phone number to write/speak to the people at Digitec directly. I recently bought the Apple MacBook Pro - 2023 (16", M2 Max, 64 GB, 1000 GB, CH) due to total failure of my 2019 Macbook and would like to exchange it for the black Apple MacBook Pro - Late 2023. The right of return would still be open for a few days. Is there any other regulation for an exchange than the 10% return fee? Autumn greetings Missi
