I got the Roborock S7 on Monday and wanted to try it out today. From the beginning I get error 1. Neither does it clean nor does it drive to the station. Both a firmware update and a reset worked. It gets very loud 3x, the side brush rotates, then the error comes. The laser rotates most of the time, but stops.
I think I have a defective device from the beginning. Or has someone already had this?

What should I do if Roborock Error 1 occurs?
Error 1: LDS not turning (laser sensor error)

Switch on the robot and check if the laser unit rotates. If it does not, carefully rotate the laser unit manually and restart the robot. If this error still occurs, contact Roborock Customer Service.
