Question about TechniSat DigitRadio 10 C
Good evening, I would like to ask whether the device can also work in a workroom or have reception? I have my good old Pioneer micro system there, which I would still like to use..... Thanks for your feedback

Thank you very much, I have just tested it with Philips 5505 DAB+ with fixed aerial, it works perfectly! The workroom is 7 steps below ground level and has a 2-light window. I have ordered the device, thank you very much! Have a nice day, Christine

The idea of testing with an existing DAB+ radio is the simplest, because where FM has worked, DAB+ does not necessarily have to work in the same way. The reception frequencies of DAB+ (174MHz to 230MHz) are around twice as high as FM (88 to 105MHz). Obstacles (concrete, metal, even lowered blinds... etc.) therefore have a greater effect on reception. If in doubt, simply place the radio closer to a window.
However, the reception of the DigitRadio 10C appears to be relatively robust, although this does not stand up to scientific scrutiny... ;-)
Do you have another DAB+ radio with which you can test the reception? Then you would be on the safe side. In my experience, this DAB+ device tends to have better reception than others.
if your pioneer system had radio reception before, the dab receiver will also work, i am very satisfied with the dab adapter, mfg
