Question about Haier Kettle Series 5

You can switch off the beeps (keep the warm button pressed for 3 seconds). However, this is reset when the plug is removed.

By default, it makes a high-pitched, unpleasant beep at each operation. The sound can be deactivated completely and easily (thanks to Anonymous for this information, which had escaped me). The on/off button turns it off completely, as well as the LEDs, so there's no need to unplug the plug (except to change location).

It makes beeps that I find very loud. One beep when the temperature changes, a double beep when the heater starts up, and the same when the desired temperature is reached. The metal construction also makes it noisy when heating the water.

It's a nice kettle that's easy to adjust, but it's anything but silent.

It makes a "beep" when starting and when the water has reached the desired temperature. Unfortunately, it's not very quiet but a little too intrusive for my taste. However, I can overlook this as I am otherwise very happy with the kettle. You can set the temperature from 20 degrees and it has a simple and modern design.
