Question about Arendo Kettle 1.7 l, 2200 W, stainless steel & glass with tea strainer, tea maker, temperature selection

Thanks for the info! Is it possible to bring water to the boil even if the strainer is all the way up (not down in the water)? I want to use the strainer with the steam as a "warmer".
