Good day The current offer of the Surface Pro 7 includes Windows10 Home. Can this also be ordered as Win10 Pro for an additional charge, if yes, cost if no, is there a loss of warranty if I upgrade myself?

No. No one has responded. It's a bundle, so no changes are possible.
But an update from Win10 Home to Win10 Pro is possible in any case.
Licences are available from MS for hard coin, or at web auctions.
Since the Home key is stored in the UEFI, it is important to google ei.cfg beforehand.
