The ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING/AURA motherboard fits into the Fractal Design Focus G case, as the case is compatible with ATX motherboards.

Regarding the cables and connections: The Focus G case has a front I/O panel that contains USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and audio ports. There are also USB and audio cables as well as start and reset switches.
