Good day I have bought and connected the DVD player. However, I have no sound. I have connected the player with 2 HDMI cables (HDMI1 video, HDMI1 audio). I don't have a soundbar and only want the sound via the TV. However, both HDMI connections are always shown separately. On one connection I only have audio, on the other connection only the picture, but without sound. The 2nd connection shows: Video signal output via HDMI1, audio signal output via HDMI2. However, I have connected the two cables in exactly the same way. Nevertheless, there is only the picture on one channel and only the sound on the other. Could someone please help me further. Thank you very much.

Helpful answer

Only 1 HDMI to the TV! HDMI transmits audio and picture together. Select the appropriate HDMI input on the TV. If only sound is specified in the settings, the sound is also transmitted via the same HDMI input.

Hi Toshio,

you should only use an HDMI cable to connect the DVD player to your TV.
Please use a premium high-speed HDMI cable or high-speed HDMI cable that supports 18 Gbps bandwidth.
Please connect the HDMI cable from video/audio in the player to the HDMI IN input in the TV.
