Good day I can't find the eID on the packaging or in the watch settings. But Sunrise needs it to set up the eSIM. What can I do, or where can I get it? Thank you Alexander

I called Sunrise and said it was a children's watch (they also offer the same watch) and they emailed me a QR code so I could link the watch.
