Enough, fits and is actually too much for your described activities... There is nothing else wrong with the components. If you leave it as it is, you won't have any problems with performance.
This is already "overkill"/too much for just office and light image editing.

You could of course optimise it for silence/efficiency/performance or even price, but it's a pretty good "all-rounder".
