Good day, specifics are wrong: a vehicle registration card is required, since 1 June (and before that it was forbidden): https://www.news.admin.ch/message/index.html?lang=de&msg-id=56870
The Airwheel X8 may currently only be used on private property (as long as there is no type approval). No vehicle registration card / driving licence is required.
As soon as the Airwheel X8 receives a type approval, it can be registered at the road traffic office and used in public traffic.
