Question about Bissell Cross Wave Cordless

I assume that the battery is still strong at the beginning, but as soon as only 1 bar (out of 3) is lit, the performance decreases. I need the Bissell Croswave battery for the stairwell where there is no power socket. For the flat, I would recommend using a mains adapter.
