The TDP of the cpu is 120 watts if your Aio is designed for this heat dissipation then yes.
It also depends on what you are going to do with the Cpu. You're unlikely to get 100% utilisation with games. For me it's usually around 20% at 4k. utilisation.

I have a 280 from MSI and it's more or less sufficient. Temperatures in games are 75° - 85°... This is normal for the 7800X3D, but the fans are working hard 😉
