Question about Withings Steel HR

Good day. I would like to buy a WITHINGS HWA03-36BLACK-ALL-INTER. They have a warning that the dials may also still have the Nokia name on them, which indicates that they predate the re-branding. Does Digitec.ch still supply me with 'old' goods? Is it possible to set up notifications for APP's such as WhatsApp on the 'old' Nokia models, as this was not possible on the 'older' devices in the past, but is very important to me? Sincerely B.E.
