Question about Minix Neo – Z83-4U

Yes the Atom x5-Z8350 supports AES New Instructions. This Mini PC has a faster Celeron N4000 CPU, it would also be able to do this, it would even have a better CPU:
Elitegroup Liva Q2 (Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB, 64 GB, eMMC)
The Elitegroup device also has no fan, but the CPU is from 2018, could even still run Windows 11.
