That's a lot of false information here. In this context "unrestricted" means "unrestricted in speed", not "unrestricted in amount of GB". So you get 3GB of full-speed internet, after that you pay each GB until you are at 7GB (or 49.- in total {25.- + 4*6.- = 49.-}), from there it's unrestricted in the amount of data. You can get more "free" internet via inviting friends and family to your cockpit.

Calls within Switzerland, 3 GB national data and 1 GB data roaming in the EU/USA zone is included in the monthly base fee.
If 3 GB per month isn’t enough, additional 1 GB data packages can be purchased for CHF 6.–. You can choose online whether additional data is added automatically or manually.
There is a flat rate for data use of 7 GB and more per month, so you only pay for the data you actually use. Additionally purchased national data packages do not expire, but are carried over to the next month and you always surf full speed. https://connect.digitec.ch/

As far as I can tell you get 3 gb at high speed and, once they are over, you can continue surfing at a regular speed
