Garmin Varia UT 800 ANT+ lamps should be compatible with each other through the Shimano Di2 EW-WU111 ANT+ distributor - I should therefore be able to control the UT 800 via an unused XTR Di2 front derailleur (or a satellite switch), but I can't find any information on whether a Garmin Edge bike computer is nevertheless REQUIRED for this. Does anyone know anything about this?
