Question about Hitec Htcm 500
From 500W nominal power, a vehicle registration card and number is mandatory!

As you can see, no licence plate is required.
The vehicle only runs 20-25km/h..what is the problem?

A vehicle pass or plates are required, not according to engine power, but according to speed. From 25, or 30 Km/h, is required. Everything under 25 km/h is classified as a bicycle.
