what are the 2x 8GB ram for types ?? brand ??
Do you equip the rams that belong together on the ram socket with a1 and b1 and the others on a2 and b2?

is the bios version of the mainboard up to date?? i guess that your mainboard can't cope with the mixture of different sized rams...i would advise to use the 2x 16 and leave out the 2x 8 and maybe buy 2x 16 again at another time so that all 4 rams are of the identical type and then all 4 should surely run properly says my gut feeling
