For me, the power button is the round one. The upper ones have no effect except for the second one. With that one I could adjust the speed of the water cooling, but not down again. The upper one has no effect.

Hello the top button is the power switch you have connected the cables of the buttons on the mainboard incorrectly. I would check this again. In the manual you will find instructions on how to connect them correctly.
