Question about MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi

Following on from my question above, I have a small update. The lamp on the mainboard "VGA" lights up red. I have an RTX 3070 from Gigabyte. I have already removed and reinstalled it once, but unfortunately the light is still red. The graphics card lights up and therefore also has power. The power supply has 700W, so I don't think too little power can be the problem. (CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700X). I would be super grateful for an answer! Thanks in advance!
