You don't have a slot for the SSD directly on the mainboard, but connect it with a SATA cable (you should have received it with the mainboard) and then stow it somewhere in your case. It will work in any case!
Sure, connect with the enclosed SATA cable and connect power from the power supply unit. Then it runs.
