Question about Ariete 2877 Vintage kettle
Doesn't it get very hot when pouring when the steam comes out of the spout?

Yes, it gets very hot. The case also gets very hot. Visually very nice but would not buy it again.
I've had the kettle for a few years and have never had a problem with the hot steam.
When you boil water normally, you don't put your head over the pan.
The steam that comes out when you pour the water is normal, in my opinion.
Hot water just steams.
However, you should really only touch the kettle by the rubberised holder when the water is boiling.
I love this kettle and use it several times a day.

But it gets hot. The kettle looks good but is not practical. Would not buy it again.
