Does this watch also measure the sleep phases? Or is there a function that wakes you up in a light sleep phase?
Hello yes the vivomove hr measures the sleep phases, but I would not overestimate the result, why it would need a function that wakes me up in a light sleep phase is beyond me ? On the whole, however, I can highly recommend this simple Garmin watch. MfG db
