Question about Garmin vivomove HR
Does this watch also have a sleep phase alarm? That wakes me up with a vibration in the right sleep phase?
Where can I set the notifications? I only want to receive calls and messages. No 20min, Facebook etc.
I also want to turn off the reminder to get up every time I sit for a while. Where can I set these 2 things?
There is an alarm clock with vibration, but no sleep phase alarm.
