Does this version also have PoE support? There is a powerline kit from Devolo with PoE. Is this available for purchase anywhere?

No, this version does not support this. The Devolo product description explicitly describes the adapters as having PoE support. Unfortunately, Digitec does not seem to offer the product (yet). Enclosed is the link to the product you are looking for on the manufacturer's website (Art.No.: 9756):
