Can these DLan adapters be restarted via the dLAN® AVpro Manager? Or do the adapters have to be disconnected from the power supply when they hang up?

When I asked this question, the individual price was CHF 53 vs approx 180 for the 2-piece kit. So that's settled ;-)

Does this version also have PoE support? There is a powerline kit from Devolo with PoE. Is this available for purchase anywhere?

No, this version does not support this. The Devolo product description explicitly describes the adapters as having PoE support. Unfortunately, Digitec does not seem to offer the product (yet).
